	On productivity initiatives: Do you feel encouraged to take up training to improve your productivity? Yes, definitely Yes, but I may not be able to because of lack of time/employee support/finances. No On reducing foreign worker dependence: Is it a good idea to reduce our dependence on foreign workers? Yes, this will open up more opportunities for our own resident workforce. No, foreign workers are an integral part of our economy and no locals would want to take up their jobs. Maybe, but Singaporeans must be able to step up to the task. On household initiatives: Do you feel that the Budget initiatives are sufficient to help our low income families? Yes, enhancing their skills and productivity is a very good way to provide long-term benefits. No, more initiatives need to be put in place. Not sure.
